Home sales are up, prices are holding steady, and mortgage rates are putting affordability back in the spotlight.
Here's how the Downriver housing market compares with last year:

- Average Days on Market: 28 — Up from 26 days.
- Months of Inventory: 2.79 — Still indicative of a seller's market.
What Does This Mean?
Despite rising borrowing costs, Downriver home sales are slightly ahead of last year. Prices have remained remarkably stable, increasing just $167 on average.
